Return & Replacement Policy

Big Sky Salvage accepts authorized returns within the approved return period provided with your order. All returns require prior authorization.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Products that have been installed, programmed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Returns received without authorization may be refused.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless approved by Big Sky Salvage.
  • Labor, diagnostic, towing, programming, rental vehicle, and installation costs are not covered.
  • A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

Special Order Parts

Certain ABS Modules, ABS Pumps, and ABS Assemblies are sourced specifically for your VIN and vehicle configuration.

  • Special-order components cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
  • VIN-specific parts may not be eligible for return.
  • Deposits and special-order payments are generally non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify both the carrier and Big Sky Salvage as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging.
  • Take clear photographs before opening or installing the product.
  • Do not discard damaged packaging until instructed.
  • Do not return any item without receiving return authorization.
